Optimisation Services

Rigformance offer a unique optimisation service. Studies are conducted of the equipment and the personnel who operate the equipment and recommendations are made to change the logic of equipment (4th generation rigs and above, who run with Zone Management Systems and equipment interlocks).

The equipment OEM works with us to provide a training optimisation service where equipment operators are evaluated and re-trained on how to operate the equipment in the most optimal way according to OEM.

Offshore audits are then conducted on the equipment operators and the training programme is repeated every two years, to ensure optimal performance.

In addition a comprehensive training and competency programme is set up and all the operating guidelines are reviewed, and standardised across the fleet.
